Looking for your winter fix whilst your boat is out the water? Or perhaps you have never sailed before and would like to dip your toe in the water… experienced sailors and beginners are welcome onboard Faramir for our Winter Adventurer!
Explore the East coast with us during March. Join us on an adventure around the East coast of England onboard our Bermudan ketch Faramir. It is possible to complete the RYA Start Yachting or Competent Crew certificate.
Leaving from and returning to Fambridge Yacht Haven in Essex, you will have an experience like no other as you become a member of the crew for the week and explore the Essex estuaries, made famous in Arthur Ransom’s Swallows and Amazons.
Becoming a member of the crew, not only will you take a full and active role learning to sail a large boat but also develop confidence and resilience all whilst meeting new friends.
During the voyage you will get to experience everything about life on board including steering the boat, sail handling and cooking whilst moving!
This voyage includes all food on board, waterproof clothing and safety equipment.
This voyage is available for ages 18+.
